so nephew benny is known for jumping around like a crazy boy. now we have proof. congrats ben!

So i went for a jog on sunday. It was the Dirty Days trail run through Ault Park. For those of you not from the midwest, you might have missed the rain, hail, and more rain.
Needless to say the run was cold, wet, and 3.6 miles of hills and switchbacks. But enough about me, let my shoes do the talking! Yes, these were white shoes before the race. So Joel, Terry, and Greg, this one is for you!
